African Mango Side Effects

African Mango or Irvingia Gabonensis, is a fruit that grows wildly in the jungles of Cameroon. IGOB131 is the natural extract taken from the seeds of the mango. Because IGOB131 is a natural supplement, side effects are rarely reported.

African Mango (Irvingia Gabonensis) is safe for adults when consumed as a pure IGOB131 supplement. Many companies will add fillers, flow agents, caffeine and other artificial ingredients. These added
ingredients are likely to cause a host of unwanted side effects such as migraine headaches and jitters. To avoid side effects, choose a pure African Mango (Irvingia Gabonensis) supplement that is only made with 100% IGOB131.

Although IGOB131 is safe and effective, some people experience minor side effects when adding an IGOB131 supplement to their diet. These side effects are mild and usually diminish as your body becomes adjusted to the supplement.

IGOB131 may increase energy. Some people find that taking the supplement later in the day causes
difficulty sleeping at night. If this becomes a problem, simply take the supplement earlier in the day.

Other reported side effects are headaches and flatulence. These side effects are rare and usually diminish over time.

There is not enough known research on the effects of African Mango (Irvingia Gabonensis) on women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Until more research is conducted, avoid IGOB131 supplements during these times.

It is best to consult a doctor before starting any new supplement.
